Company History
From his very first display home at Blaxland, Michael Milosevic the Managing Director of Felton has seen his company grow to become an industry leader in the boutique custom builder market.
After graduating from university with a degree in Architecture, Michael saw an opportunity in providing clients with an architect designed home, with quality detailing, a premium selection of materials and the ability to deliver them at an affordable price.
Having created a reputation for building the larger classic rural homes, Michael saw an opportunity to design a French provincial inspired home that suited the knock down rebuilt market, having a distinctive roof line and balanced proportions. Resulting from the success of the Villandry, Felton has further expanded into the knockdown rebuild market to the include the contemporary designed ‘Logic’, this design is currently on display at ‘Homeworld’ and Felton was recently awarded the HIA 2009 Residential Designer of the Year Award.
With more than 27 years experience and numerous industry awards in designing and constructing prestige custom homes, Felton specialise in designing homes that suits the individuals needs and desires.
